We specialize in the recruitment of software professionals at all levels - software programmers, Software Developer, software engineers, project leaders, project manager, architects, database administrators, systems administrators, business managers and Directors.

We use specialized software to filter out good quality profiles from all Job Boards in tune with our client's requirements. We document all information from candidates applying and keep in touch with them. Thousands of profiles are present in our database. We rate them as per the requirement based on different factors like Skill Sets, Salary, Willingness to Relocate, Job Type [i.e. contractual or permanent] and etc. Our database maintains history of each candidate. Our process starts from sending emails, contacting, follow-ups, arranging internal phone screen, submitting profile to client, phone screen with client, onsite interview with client, job offer etc.
